Delivery & pick up
Delivery is free on orders over a certain value, depending on region. See below for your location:
Vancouver and Burnaby: free on orders over $165, and $12.50 under that.
Richmond, New Westminister, North Vancouver and West Vancouver: free on orders over $180, and $15 under that.

Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Delta: free on orders over $200, and $20 under that.
Surrey, Langley and Pitt Meadows: free on orders over $210, and $25 under that.
Maple Ridge, Mission and Abbotsford: free on orders over $250, and $25 under that.

Select your region at checkout. Your order will be dispatched no later than 3 business days after payment, unless it is a bespoke arrangement or the item is not at my location. Please contact me for a specific delivery day.

I cannot guarantee time of delivery but I can call or text you or the receiver ahead of time to let you/them know the order is coming. All deliveries are to a door, no signature required. No one has to be home but I must have your permission to leave it by the door. If you have not made arrangements ahead of time, and no one answers the door or answers my phone call, I cannot leave the order and will have to contact you for a new delivery time and fee.

Pick up is available from my home studio on Quebec Street, Vancouver. You will receive an email confirming your order is ready for pick up. At that time, please reply to the email to arrange pick up with me - very important as I'm not always home.
For locations outside Metro Vancouver, the rest of Canada and international destinations please contact me for a quote. Please let me know if your parcel needs to be expedited or if you'd prefer the most economical shipping method. Please note that Thrive Flowerhouse does not pay duties or customs fees, and is not responsible for loss or damage by a third party carrier.

Rentals can be dropped off at my Quebec Street home studio on the day specified. Alternatively I can pick up rentals for a fee of $12.50-$25 depending on your area.
